History With respect to complexity and fullness of aromas coffee beans certainly are equal to grapes in many ways. Different cultivating regions yield their very typical plants, roasting develops the fullness of aromas, and last but not least it is then the expert mixture of different coffee types that gives the coffee its desired expression and character. Modern coffee machines make this great variety of the coffee bean an outstanding experience. Effect
From this point of view it was only a small step to apply the successful Breathable GlassTM technology for wine also to espresso. And the effect with espresso really is at least as impressive as it is with wine: The aromas in the espresso become more distinct, and the whole experience of taste becomes more harmonic, more intensive, and more three-dimensional. Too prominent bitterness or sharpness peaks are reduced and lose any unwanted dominance. However, the espresso is not changed in its structure and fully keeps its original character. The effect of the Breathable Glass furthermore makes the espresso more wholesome and even better tolerable for people with a sensitive stomach. Comparison Convince yourself of the effect of the Breathable Espresso Glass. It is quite easy to make a comparison: Simply choose the espresso cup you always use. Thoroughly clean this cup and the Breathable Espresso Glass in exactly the same way. Then, immediately one after the other, fill the same quantity of the same espresso into the two cups. First of all observe the building of the crema, and intensively smell the two espressos, and you will notice the different coffee taste intensity already at this point. Now take one or two small sips of the espresso from the Breathable Espresso Glass, and remember this impression of taste as accurately as possible. Then try the espresso from your comparison cup. The differently developed aromas are most easily noticed if you taste the espresso by the spoonful. You will get the most direct comparison, if you do not sweeten the espresso for this test, because sweetness can easily cover other aromas. If you prefer sweetened espresso, please be careful to use the same amount of sugar in both cups (which is most easily achieved by using cube sugar). Technology For the Breathable Espresso Glass the Breathable-technology, which is already successfully used with wine glasses, has been further developed and adapted to the Espresso. Basically it is a completely new and unique process - the so-called oxygenisation process - that gives the glass these extraordinary properties. Identifying label Every Breathable Espresso Glass bears a Breathable label and a sandblasted waveform identifier at the bottom (see enclosed picture).
