Chateau Laguiole Corkscrews are all Hand Made in France in the old town of Thiers, located on a rocky spur overlooking the Durolle river. Cutlery production here dates back to the 15th century. Manufacturing at Chateau Laguiole requires the involvement of dozens of highly skilled craftsmen in forging, blunting, hardening, polishing and assembly. Many of these stunningly well-crafted products by Chateau Laguiole also feature a Clef du Vin blade. The well known Chateau Laguiole logo is engraved onto every piece.
