Chablis is one of the most famous wines in the world. It is steely and dry and, like all fine white Burgundy, made from Chardonnay grapes. It is also an expression of the unique character of the Kimmeridgian clay on which the vines are grown. Our exclusive Chablis made by Domaine Séguinot-Bordet is made from vines planted in the 1930’s. The combination of old vines and lees ageing results in a rich, complex wine with a delightful bouquet, a spicy palate and lots of ripe fruit. It is complemented by his Premier Cru Chablis from the well-known Fourchaume vineyard.
