The glass, designed to perfection over many years by the professional sommelier Peter Steger, is able to bring out the wine’s aroma to its fullest no matter what type of vine. And not only wine, Port and Cognac too. Be faithful to your own taste – it sets the standard.

Peter Steger, professional Berlin sommelier, developed a true innovation: One single shaped professional tasting glass for the perfect presentation of all Red and White wine variations.

By experimental modelling through tasting and improving Sommelier Peter Steger developed and created over a two year period the universal glass of the superlatives. The belly corpus of the glass accentuates taste, flavour and natural characteristics of different wines perfectly, while the straight side wall helps to prevent accumulation or distortion of the flavours. The slender mouth opening of the glass guides the liquid straight onto the middle of the tongue to best disperse the aroma in mouth and palate.

Lead Free Crystal specially heat-treated for maximum strength. Large surface exposure of the wine in the bowl concentrates aromas at the mouth - the ‘chimney effect.’
