| We all know that champagne is the classic special-occasion wine, but to restrict it to this single, albeit important, role, would be doing less than justice to its complexity and versatility. Its sparkle cleanses the palate after a mouthful of anything creamy, eggy, pasty, pulpy or fatty, and yet it is also the perfect foil for bland flavours. It is one of the few wines that can be served successfully throughout a meal. And, of course, it is the most seductive of after-dinner wines! |

The Lenique family have been cellarmasters to many of the region’s Grandes Maisons over the centuries, and they have used all their experience to produce for us an exclusive cuvée that is a blend of all three Champagne grape varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Our Premier vineyard produces a Blanc de Blancs Champagne, which is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes giving it a lightness and freshness that sets it apart from blended wines. As a Vintage Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, it is very rare and the grapes come only from the very best sites in the region, making it a very special wine.
