| Purple lavender fields, blazing sun, white walled houses with ochre coloured pantiles, shimmering on the vivid green of the garrigue – this is the southern Côtes du Rhone where our two vineyards – Domaine des Grands Devers and Montirius – are situated. It was the Romans who introduced the cultivation of the vine to Provence, and its vineyards were made famous when the Papal court settled in Avignon at the end of the 13th century, though it is only in recent years that its reputation has soared with some really excellent wines. |

Our winemakers Paul-Henri and Louis-Pascal produce for us an exclusive red and white Côtes du Rhône-Villages. The red has a strong, complex bouquet of fruit with notes of sage and rosemary, and the palate has rich dark fruits, supple tannins and an elegant finish. The white is dominated by the flavoursome Viognier grape and is fresh, floral and fruity. As well as making excellent wine, Paul-Henri and Louis-Pascal have four charming chambres d’hôtes at the domaine and will serve evening meals by prior arrangement.
