Developed for the appreciation of medium to light bodied red wines with high acidity and medium tannins such as Chianti Classico or wines made from grape varieties like Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Dolcetto.

Also for the appreciation of dry aromatic white wines below 14 per cent alcohol, with medium body and high acidity such as Riesling and Gruner Veltliner.

Just fill the decanter half way up with water, add the pellets, and swish it around for about two minutes. That’s it. When you are done, carefully empty the contents into a mesh strainer, rinse the pellets, dry them, and use them again and again. Naturally, these pellets are not for consumption.
