Winning a spectacular Gold Medal at the 2006 International Wine Challenge, the Baurs make a range of wines following biodynamic winemaking principles from the numerous varieties of grape grown in Alsace, and we’ve picked our three favourites. All three are very different, all three are delicious, and all three are excellent, both as aperitifs and with food.
