If wine is kept in the decanting carafe longer than is required for the optimal development of the bouquet, the decanting process should be stopped. For this purpose the carafe is closed with a glass stopper.
The new Eisch decanter stoppers are red like the wine itself, and they not only close the carafe but turn it into a unique decoration object on the table. The stoppers are manufactured in pure handicraft work from genuine, red-coloured ruby glass.
