I’d like to thank you for your excellent service. Not only is your delivery service efficient and your packaging excellent, but your staff are also superb. I ordered 4 glasses which ordinarily come in a 6-box, and a member of staff telephoned me (within an hour of my placing the order) to check if I would not prefer 2 boxes of 2 instead of a box of 6 with 2 glasses missing. What great service! Seems as though your staff know what the customers want even better than they do! Thank you again for an exemplary service. I will be returning.
