Screwpull Corkscrew
I love ending the day with a glass of a decent Chablis or a drop of Pouilly-Fuisse. I carry a corkscrew with me everywhere. This one’s a Screwpull ActivBall (£40. wineware.co.uk) It’s nicely engineered and has a really smooth action when it draws the cork. And the especially clever bit is the little red ball, which pushes the cork back off the screw for you once it’s out. No levers, no brute force. |
