The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.wineware.co.uk The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
- General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery worldwide. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Special Conditions apply to certain items and are set out on the pages describing those items.
- Description of Goods
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
- Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of wineware.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, wineware.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
- Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
- Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
- Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch, American Express, but excluding Diners Card. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.
- Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. 'This product is in stock' as displayed on our website. Means that the product is in stock at 9.00am each working day, Monday to Friday, if a simultaneous purchase is made for that product we reserve the right to be able to resupply as soon as the product is available.
- Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.
You will be notified if delays are anticipated, and if we cannot deliver your order within our recognised delivery time we will inform you and offer you the right to cancel the order.
Delivery (UK mainland-only). (Excludes Traditional wine racks, Wine Fridges and Coolers)
There is a standard charge of £3.95 for postage, packing and delivery on all orders less than £14.99.
There is a standard charge of £5.45 for postage, packing and delivery on all orders between £15.00 and £74.99 in value.
A standard charge of £6.95 for postage, packing and delivery on orders between £75.00 and £149.99.
There is no charge at all for postage, packing and delivery on any orders of a value greater than £150.00.
We reserve the right to pass on any subsequent delivery charges, incurred for additional delivery attempts and redirection charges should the recipient be unavailable to sign for goods.
The delivery charges on all 'Traditional Wine Racks', regardless of size, quantity or weight is a standard £18.50. On larger heavier wine racks we reserve the right to add a supplementary charge to cover additional delivery costs.
Pallet deliveries means delivery as per your instructions with goods delivered on a pallet. Delivery does not include unloading from the pallet, this is the purchaser's responsibility.
Please ensure that any delivery details which may restrict or hamper delivery must be advised to Wineware (Racks & Accessories) Ltd at the time of order or a minimum of five working days prior to delivery date. Examples of these restrictions are, tight access, gravel driveways, no pavements, property on bend, busy main roads, restricted parking, size of delivery vehicle, property access.
Any such problems not advised will be your responsibility and the goods will be deemed delivered.
Maximum pallet sizes are:-1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm (4' x 4' x4')
Maximum weight 1000 kilos (1 ton)
- Wine Refrigeration and Coolers
Please Note: that it is the customers', responsibility to ensure the wine storage unit ordered will fit into your property and the final destination. All dimensions are available to view behind the 'more info' button next to each product. The customer must ensure the unit is suitable. If the unit is ordered, and when delivered, does not enter the property or destination for whatever reason then a fee of 25% of retail value will be charged for us to able to return the unit to Liebherr, providing it is left in its original, unopened packaging. If opened the unit cannot be returned. This condition reflects the policy of the Manufacturers.

- Delivery Times
Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 4 to 5 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
- Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
- Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 14 working days following placement of order, please inform us by email at cancellations@wineware.co.uk stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
Faulty Goods
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement, or a full refund and, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Faulty goods can be returned up to 7 working days following receipt of order.
Product Returns
Please click to download our Customer Returns Form Any products that are returned for exchange or credit, not received back in the condition they were originally sent (including packaging), will be subject to a charge to cover the cost of the goods plus any repackaging costs incurred. I.e. if the goods are just returned as unwanted these will be resold, but this cannot occur with damaged or marked packaging.
This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

We will endeavour to reply to your complaint within one working day and inform you of what action will be taken.
All prices are correct at time of going to print, but may be subject to change, in the unlikely event of a product, price or description being incorrect we will inform the individual as soon as possible.
We have endeavoured to represent as closely as possible the products we offer using current photographic technology.
However, we cannot be held liable for printing errors. In addition, due to the nature of the natural materials used in the manufacture of the some of our products, some slight variations in actual goods may occur.
