There are many different pomace brandies, but to be called Grappa, the grapes have to come from Italy and be distilled there. Grappa tastes is best when served at room temperature. A younger Grappa can be served slightly chilled, while a more mature Grappa may be served a few degrees warmer. The :cuvee Grappa glass is slightly bulbous, providing room for aroma and flavour.
