Wine Cellar Therma-Hygrometer

The multi-feature temperature/humidity recorder is quick and easy to use, as well as highly accurate. The instrument automatically stores and displays maximum and minimum relative humidity readings (RH) and temperature. It can be placed on a flat surface using the included 'leg' or fitted to the wall.

This unit has an internal sensor and an external temperature probe. The external temperature probe is an optional plug-in that can be fixed to the wall. Both sensors/probs can be used and recorded simultaneously if required.

What is a Thermo Hygrometer?

A Thermo Hygrometer is a device used to measure humidity and air temperature within a confined space. Humidity represents the water vapour concentration in the air where the value is shown as a percentage; within wine cellars and rooms, this is vital to be constant around 60% > 65%. The air temperature should also be a continuous figure and should not fluctuate; this should be around 11°C > 14°C for wine cellars.
