COVID 19 - Business As Usual, Safe Deliveries in operation - Read our latest update!!

Wineware COVID-19

Here at Wineware, we wanted to provide you with an update regarding the present situation.

We are still currently dispatching orders at our normal dispatch rates and can assure you that we are fully stocked where possible. The current situation is on-going and changing rapidly, so we monitor it daily. Should our stance on this change, we will release a further statement in due course.

We have taken strict and appropriate measures for all of our employees, and their health and safety is our priority. We will continue to dispatch orders with our trusted couriers, who are operating nationwide and taking the correct measures with regards to recommended UK Government health guidelines.

We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and revise our plans and processes if and when necessary.


We're currently dispatching at our normal dispatch times:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM on any working day are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday / Stock Permitting).
  • Orders placed between 3:00 PM on a Friday and 3:00 PM on a Monday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public/bank holidays).
  • Bespoke Wine Racking (Traditional, Solid Pine & Solid Oak) are made to order and take the usual lead times.

Warehouse Handling

All staff members are all adhering to Government safety guidelines, ensuring your goods are delivered in the safest possible way. 


We use a range of different delivery options, including DPD, FedEx, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. All of the couriers we use are performing as normal. However, the Royal Mail are experiencing higher than usual traffic, and therefore a slight delay is occurring in delivering parcels. Of course, different parts of the country may be affected more than others.

External delivery couriers adhere to Government safety guidelines, leaving parcels on doorsteps and not requiring a direct signature, instead opting to sign on the recipient’s behalf.


You have up to 28 days to exchange or return any unwanted items. We suggest using either Collect + or Parcel2Go if you wish to return any unwanted goods to Wineware. These are independent courier companies who will either pick up and deliver back to ourselves (Parcel2Go), or you drop your parcel at a 'pick up point', and then they deliver back to ourselves (Collect +).
